Before sports today some of the kids took advantage of the rare Irish sun to play some football, maybe hoping to help Spain win the Euro cup again next time?
Then Frank arrived and the real work started with circuit training.

Everyone was relieved when we turned to volleyball skills (except perhaps Frank who nearly had several volleyballs to the head).
Pedro: I love sports with Franky, its very fun and hard. We do a lot of exercises.
